Somos un equipo multidisciplinario comprometido con el desarrollo integral de los funcionarios del Servicio de Salud del Reloncaví. Nuestro propósito es promover el aprendizaje continuo, mejorar las competencias laborales y fomentar la excelencia en el desempeño de cada colaborador, fortaleciendo así la calidad de la atención entregada a nuestra comunidad.

Nos encargamos de gestionar, planificar, coordinar, ejecutar y evaluar programas de capacitación, formación e investigación que sean pertinentes y oportunos, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades del servicio y las políticas de salud pública. Además, promovemos la equidad en el acceso a estas instancias formativas, garantizando oportunidades para todos los funcionarios, independientemente de su rol o ubicación.
